Hi, I'm Lily Maltezos. I was born and raised in Barranquilla, Colombia, where my passion for medicine began. I attended medical school before immigrating to the United States, where I continued my healthcare journey and became a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
As both a psychiatric provider and a mother of two beautiful sons, I understand that life can sometimes feel overwhelming. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, or simply don't feel like yourself anymore, please know you are not alone.
My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we'll create a personalized treatment plan to help you feel like yourself again, regain hope, and improve your quality of life.
